Safe Schools

Effective February 1, 2010, Bill 157, an amendment to the Education Act, will affect how all school board employees handle incidents at school. It will require all school staff to report, and those who work directly with students to respond, to incidents that happen in school.

This new law continues our ongoing efforts to make our schools safer for students and staff.
