The Bruce Grey Catholic District School Board has a new and easy-to-use online registration system called Xplor Recreation
How It Works

To book a BGCDSB facility or register for a program, all applicants must create an account on Xplor Rec
Account Requirements:
- Payment Information: to request a booking you must upload a valid Visa or Mastercard for applicable fees
NOTE: Accepted payment method for all Community Use of Schools permit application fees is via credit card or e-transfer.
- Insurance: Users must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $2 million liability coverage naming the “Bruce Grey Catholic District School Board” as an additional insured, providing coverage for the dates requested in the permit application and noting the activity being insured.
