Audit Committee Minutes

The Audit Committee Members are:

  • Trustees - Beverley Eckensweiler (Vice-Chair) and Linda Strader

The Audit Committee of the Board is a statutory committee required under the Education Act.  Duties of the Audit Committee are outlined in regulation Ontario Regulation 361/10 AUDIT COMMITTEES

The Audit Committee is required to meet a minimum of three times per year.
