The Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board is hosting its 5th annual Bishop’s Dinner with Bishop Douglas Crosby. This fundraising event, Rebuild, Restore, Renew Together is scheduled for Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 at the Cargill Community Hall.
The evening will feature students sharing their talents, including a screening of the award winning short film “We Are Still Here”.
Guests will enjoy a delicious full course dinner catered by Chef Devin Tabor of Bon Vivant, entertainment, silent and live auctions. All funds raised will support the Norm Bethune Catholic Culture of Deep Caring Education Fund.
Norm Bethune has been an integral part of the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board for many years, serving as a Teacher and Principal from 1964 - 1997, and then continuing in the role of Trustee since 1998. The Board is pleased to establish this Trust Fund in Norm’s honour to recognize his passion and dedication for Catholic Education, and his innumerable contributions to BGCDSB. This creation of the fund will support projects in our Catholic Schools that foster a great sense of innovation, creativity and stewardship.
