Sacred Heart Badminton 2008

This year the SHHS badminton team has taken on some challenging competition.
Our first tournament was very early and was hosted by WDSS. This tournament
turned out to be a great learning experience for our junior team and a chance to put into practice some old skills for our seniors. All students played at their best with some teams and individuals making it to the semi-finals. Special mention goes to Chris Gagnon and Wendy Xie who captured third place in junior mixed doubles. Joe Morin and Lauren Kelly each placed third in senior singles. Coaches Mr. Gagnon, Mrs. Kelly and Mr. Hicks will be looking forward to watching our teams compete at BAA Apr. 2nd and 3rd.
