The school was first opened in 1912, it was called Hanover Separate School. It has been reovated numerous times over the years to update our look. There have also been many additions added. It is a grade JK-8 school. The are appoximately 350 students attending our school right now. There are 15 large and spacious classrooms. Our school has many unique features these include: a very resourceful library, a large newly painted gym with a nice size stage, design and technology room. Our beautiful and large playground consists of a colourful junglegym, 200 m track, baseball diamond, soccer field, basketball court and a music portable.

 Holy Family School is constantly and actively involved with our community. We participate in the Terry Fox Run, Operation Christmas Child, Cops for Cancer, Campbell's Soup Labels, Jump Rope for Heart, Remembrance Day, visits to nursing homes, Mass at Holy Family Church, Change Bandits and much more. Last year we raised over $1000 in one week for Change Bandits for London's Sick Kids Hospital. We are very proud of the success and thoughtfulness that our students posess.
