Principal's Message School Council Student Council Newsletter Staff List
Currently in our School...
junior girls and junior boys futsol traveled to Owen Sound on Thursday, November 3rd. They did no win the tournament but they learned lots of new things. They did a great job representing our school.
the band has gotten started. It is for grades 6, 7 and 8. Our conductor is Mrs. Durrer.
remembrance day poems, essays and posters have been handed in and drug awareness posters are just getting started. Our school received many awards last year for these contests. We hope we can do as well as we did last year.
chess club has started. We would like to thank Mrs. Stewart and Mrs. Wildeman for organizing and dedicating their time to this club.
choir begun at the beginning of September. Our choir is made up of students in grade 3 all the way up to grade 8. Madame Dunn and Mrs. Durrer are our choir directors. We practice every Wednesday at lunch recess and sing at the school mass every month. The choir consists of a two part chorus - harmony and melody. Also, we sing at the Legion on Remembrance Day, sing Christmas Carols to the residents at the Nursing Homes and participate in Music Festival. Keep up the awesome work!
volleyball started at the end of October. The teams playing are doing great and learning many new skills. The team has yet to be decided.
the results game in for the Fall Fair. Our school did excellent winning many awards. We are very proud of their achievements.
Confirmation meetings have started. The confirmandi meet regularly to prepare for the sacrement of Confirmation. We continue to keep them in our prayers.
