Mary Immaculate School is located in the friendly hamlet of Chepstow, Ontario. This is a family oriented farming community situated along the Teeswater River near Walkerton, Ontario.

We are a Junior Kindergarten through grade 8 school. There are approximately 140 students in 6 classrooms. The school has many unique features. These include a large (recently renovated) gym open to the community, a current, well equipped library and computer lab. We also have a lovely playing field adjacent to Mary Immaculate Church.

We run a Breakfast for Learning Program which offers our students nutritional upon arrival at school . We are grateful for this wonderful program funded through the contributions of our parents, staff and local community.

We are proud participants in the Chepstow Project funded through the Provincial Early Years Challenge fund. Only one of six pilot schools in Ontario, we are able to offer Playgroup running twice weekly, storytelling, language games, a lending library of games, books, videos, toys, educational programs and cultural events. Playgroup is a year round activity.

We are also proud to host a variety of family reading and literacy nights.

Our principal is Susan Scowcroft. Please click here if you would like to contact us by email. Please follow the links above to view our school newsletters to learn more about us.
