"In light of the International year of Youth proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations (2010-2011) and the recent World Youth Day that took place in Madrid, the Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops has issued a message of hope and encouragement to young Catholics."
