Now in its 8th year, the Secondary Technological Regional Skills Challenge is known as the Olympics of the Trades by Bruce/Grey technology students. Over 100 students will compete in eight skill areas designed by industry, March 25th.
SCHOOLS AND EDUCATORS
- Involvement of 13 area high schools
- Schools have direct input and contact with industry experts who design and support competitions
- Industry partners with education to train future tradespersons
This exciting event will focus on skilled trades and technology careers and has over 40 sponsors, 23 industry judges, 52 teacher/coaches and 20 volunteers.

- St. Mary’s High School – Electrical Wiring
- Salon Sisu School of Hair Styling - Hairstyling
- Tommy Holmes VC Memorial Armoury – Automotive Services
